Most drinkers have experienced hangover symptoms such as vomiting, headache, queasiness, blackouts, or remembering and cringing at our intoxicated behaviour from the night before. Most of us laugh it off and put it down to one too many and repeat this behaviour more often than we care to admit. But is it really a laughing matter? What is the cost to our health? Our lives? Our careers? Our families? And our society?
